Located on a brown field site on the outskirts of Evesham the project included the demolition of an existing food factory and the
construction of 10 new trade units, a builders merchants and Car Wash with an area of approximately 45,000ft2. The new units were designed with a palette of materials to unify the site and provide
focal entrances with large glazed screens, coloured entrance
canopies and blockwork panels for the provision of tenant signage.
