Wellington Square is one of the original historic squares of Cheltenham laid out as part of the original 1834 masterplan. The corners of the squares were in-filled with poor quality buildings during the 1960's and the proposal was to provide a new contemporary apartment block with 8 dwellings along with a smaller mews block to the rear.
